The talk explains how integrating chemistry-specific tools with large language models overcomes knowledge gaps and solves real‑world chemical problems in experimental settings.
LLMs are great for a lot of tasks, but they don’t work as good for chemistry. A way to overcome this is to let them use chemistry tools designed to help chemists. This approach not only overcomes some knowledge limitations in LLMs, but also lets them interact with the world and solve real chemical problems.
